Open sea views and elegant antique shops are the highlights when speaking of the area surrounding Nice's port.

In the harbour there are huge cruise yachts, smaller boats and it’s also the departure of the Corsica Ferries. Nice port has an authentic charm and remains calm unlike many of the other ports along the coast which are indeed stunning but which cater less to the Mediterranean fisherman.

The sailing club ‘Yacht Club de Nice', founded in 1883, is located on Boulevard Frank Pilatte. In this quiet area you will find some modern luxurious residences with some fabulous views. Behind this is the start of Mont Boron.

Prices are rising in the port area and it is difficult to find good properties for sale.
