Nice Centre means anything in the centre that isn't Carré d'Or. It includes the Place Massena, the famous department store Galeries Lafayette, the main avenue, Jean Medecin with the new Tramway and the Nice Etoile main shopping centre.

Walk the famous Promenade des Anglais in the early morning, relax with a coffee in a cosy café and lunch at any of the numerous beach restaurants. At the entrance to the old town you have the famous Cours Saleya. Every morning (except Mondays which are reserved for the antiques market) you will find the fruit and vegetable market and, throughout the day, the famous flower market. There are scores of stands, from large, professionally displayed wares to folding tables set up by family farmers overflowing with their produce. Soak in the nightly atmosphere of the old town and visit one of the numerous restaurants.

Take a 20 min trip from the local railway station to Monaco or go in the opposite direction on a 20 min trip to Cannes. Visit the numerous museums. Enjoy festivals all year round such as the famous Carnival and the jazz festival.

In this area you will find different style of architecture, from typically Niçois to Bourgeois and Belle Epoque building. The centre is close to everything and a good place to invest in.
